6 COLAs, 1.3%, 1.4%, and 1.5% raise each year. PSE’s don’t receive COLA increases so their pay increase is 2.3%, 2.4%, and 2.5%. The contract summary is here.
Every career employee under 6 years of service as of September 20th, 2024 will have layoff protections for the life of the contract.
